POLISH SAUERKRAUT AND APPLES 

Clean Sauerkraut Ingredients:

1 lb. new or canned sauerkraut
1 lb. lean smoked Polish hotdog
3 tart cooking apples, thickly cut, strip whenever wanted
1/2 c. stuffed earthy colored sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds; discretionary
3/4 c. squeezed apple or juice

Clean Sauerkraut Instructions

1. Wash sauerkraut and crush dry. Place half of the sauerkraut in a sluggish cooker.
2. Cut hotdog into 2 inch lengths. Place in sluggish cooker.
3. Keep on layering in sluggish cooker, all together, apples, earthy colored sugar, salt, pepper, and whenever wanted, caraway seeds. Top with outstanding sauerkraut. Add squeezed apple. Try not to STIR.
4. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or on low for 6-7 hours or until apples are delicate.
5. Mix before serving....enjoy the Polish sauerkraut !
